Tomorrow is a day we take off to rest. Yeah, sure, often my mind doesn't rest, because it's thinking about planting one more seed (or a row of seeds) or remembering those drat weeds that need dealt with - or that floor that is still dirty and needs cleaned.
I'm still trying to get into the groove of letting farm things go - expect if there's a donkey in the ditch kind of thing - and of course the routine therapy of taking care of livestock (aka milking the goats twice a day.
Michael, my darling husband and fearless leader, has led us to (somehow) preserve one day to allow our bodies to shift from doing the normal and the routine to unwind and sabbath the soul.
So, Saturday, besides going to a little 1 year old bd party and taking my two youngest grandsons to it - I'm going to be sabbath-ing by reading about macarons and the 10 Golden Rules here and whatever else seems like fun.
What are your weekend plans?
